I hurt my knee playing soccer in april and my doctor said it may be a torn meniscus and MCL so I had an MRI done about 2 months ago and it showed nothing. So i started physical therapy about a month and a half ago, i have 8 appointments left. It has been sore after i get done but only for a few hours then it goes away, so yesterday we started the “agility” part and when i got done, my knee hurt so bad i could hardly walk, i woke up today and the same thing it hurts really bad, i took my pain meds. and it doesn’t help, is physical therapy supposed to do this? Could there still be something wrong?

Maybe this pain is due to the healing process. Are you taking V-B group for the muscules and nerves?.. I am referring here to to high doses of B2, B6, and B12. They might help to reduce the pain a little. If u r in doubt consulst your doctor. Wish u a speedy recovery.
