Is it true that after being involved in an auto accident that back pain can linger long after completed therapies…that I could be dealing with some form of discomfort from muscle spasms my entire life?…I finished my chiro care and am going into physical therapy it got better but after i finished with the chiropractor the pain came back…is back pain that hard to get rid of? The accident was not that major but it was enough to cause muscle spasms in my neck and back.

Hi Duchess
Actually back pain is very easy to eliminate completely and permanently. The problem is most practitioners don’t want this … bad for business making you 100%, when are you going to come back.
This is not being anti-chiropractic, physio or medics (I am actually a Chiropractor).
But so many practitioners use ineffective techniques where you need heaps of visits only to find the back pain returns again in a few weeks or months.
look at it this way … your body is designed to heal. Like a cut!!
So if a cut heals and never comes back, so should your back pain heal and not come back. if it returns then it means the problem was not corrected totally or completely.
This is why i set up a web site, to teach people ways they can help themselves and save a lot of time, money and pain.
i don’t want to sound boastful, but the techniques I teach are only the most effective at eliminating back pain, and designed to keep you pain free. They only take a few minutes each day to so. But enough talk, if you want help just see the link below and get some free effective advice and help.

I’m so sorry to hear you were involved in a car accident and are left with back pain. You can be helped though so don’t lose hope.
There are many myths floating around out there regarding back pain. To truly understand what is at the root of your back pain try this simple test. Lie down on your back for 30 seconds with legs extended out, resting on the floor. Now bend your knees so the feet are sitting flat on the floor near your behind for 30 seconds. Which one feels better? If your back pain diminishes with knees bent then your spine has excessive extension stress acting on it. There are simple exercises to correct this. If your spine felt better with legs extended then you have excessive flexion stress acting on your spine. Again this is easily correctable.
Chronic pain results from a cycle of issues. Anatomical problems feed biomechanical issues which then affect movement habits that reinforce the original anatomical and biomechanical problems. Fixing back pain requires attention to all three levels. It’s quite simple to correct though.
Auto accidents typically expose these vulnerabilities and exaggerate them. That is why they are difficult to resolve. I am very successful in treating back pain and hav written a book about how to fix yourself. Please check it out–you CAN fix your pain.
Good luck and thank you for your query.
