Nothing gives me pain relief. My doctor took x-rays said it was a pinched nerve in my neck and sent me for physical therapy. I went and still feel just as much pain. I am looking for something OTC available that will give me pain relief. I have taken Hydrocodone and Ibuprofen, aspirin and Tylenol. I have used gels such as Biofreeze. This has been going on since February 9th. Does anyone have some suggestions?
Thank you.

is your blood pressure ok in that arm area where you feel pain? you need to do a MRI under a neurologist or nervologists, neck pain can arise from various causes ,your doctor can tell it better..if your pathological, radiology tests are all ok then it can arise from anxiety also but you can’t feel relieve taking so higher painkillers! its looks something wrong, however there are exercises that can be used as therapy also with drugs,

Most headaches, neck, and arm pain is due to the shoulder blades sitting too low on the trunk. There are muscles attaching from the shoulder blade directly to the first four neck vertebrae and skull. When the shoulders sit too low, these muscles then pull on the neck bones and skull causing neck pain and headaches.
Here’s a quick, simple test to see if this is the case with you. If you’re having right-sided neck pain or headaches, raise your right hand and place it flat on top of your head for 20 seconds. Make sure your head doesn’t side-bend or rotate to achieve this. If your pain diminished after this test, then your scapula may be sitting too low causing your discomfort. This is easily correctable. This is also the culprit in diagnoses such as thoracic outlet syndrome and carpal tunnel syndrome.
Thanks for your post and good luck!
