I’ve been doing physical Therapy for my wrist for 4 months now. I broke it really bad and needed a lot of help, but the best thing to wear to therapy is some comfortable sweat pants because all you do is sit in a chair while you work your arm out. Also a loose comfortable shirt.

yeah you can wear jeans. they will probably make you do a lot of arm exercises though, so i would wear a loose shirt.
