He was a no-show again today. This is disturbing. It seems he really needs some help. I think he should and probably will go to rehab, because it can potentially save him from a dire situation. Question is, how does this impact Cleveland this season. For all of LeBron’s dynamics, West is undoubtedly the unsung hero for them. He can shoot, plays tough D, and can get to the rim. His mental and physical health will be key for any success Cleveland has.

I dont think he will impact the cavs negatively this season other than maybe a possible suspension. Off the court the guy might be an attention grabber but on the court he is a real hard worker.

He is Bi Polar which is ( or can be ) a Terrible illness.
We can only hope that he seeks and accepts help.
With the proper mental outlook he is certainly a welcome asset.
It is now up to him and those that care.

anthony parker will play if west doesn’t come back…….and this will not hurt the cavs much if it doesn’t actually improve them!
