Treatment
The majority of nonspecific back pain is probably caused by muscle strain. This usually responds to 2-5 days of rest and pain medications (such as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agents — ibuprofen, naproxen, aspirin, etc.), followed by gradual return to activities. Medications may be needed to reduce muscle spasms.
Physical therapy is often prescribed to instruct the patient on proper body mechanics (such as good posture and lifting correctly) and to improve strength and flexibility in the spine, abdomen, and legs.

Apply a little quantity of olive oil ant try to absorb. It should be twice a day(in the morning and in the night). It is my practical experience that it gives very much relief to such pains.

I have found changing my posture has helped I dont walk with my shoulders slouched anymore, but rather SHOULDERS BACK & this has cleared up upper, middle & lower back pain.
It was hard to force myself to walk with my shoulders back all the time but now I am used to it.
NO more pain after yeasr of suffering.
Good Luck

go and see a good osteopath/chiropractor (good= ask your friends, people around you if they’ve seen someone worthwhile) and they will help you with physicla therapy/ hnds on as well as giving you exercises to make your back stronger and prevent it from coming back.
no one trick helps back pain, you need someone who knows wht they’re doing to advise you.
good luck
ps – you can start by keeping fit: a healthy back is a happy back!
