I’m writing a story with a character who is recovering after being shot twice in the upper abdomen. There’s muscle damage and one bullet hit the spleen, but otherwise, nothing vital. What type of physical therapy exercises would she undergo in her recovery?

Most likely none. Those types of injuries just need time to heal.
If the muscle was badly damaged then some strengthening exercises would be ordered to help strengthen that muscle.
