Some one please help..I got into a car accident,the guy was at fault,he ran a red traffic light.i was transported to E.R.i suffered a severe neck & shoulder pain.plus multiple muscle spasms,I was off for 10 days from work,I had nightmares,headaches,anti-social,emotion… depressed,taking zoloft.i had 6 weeks of Physical Therapy and i have tons of medication im taking.My car repair cost $11000 and my medical bill came to $12800.Based on my circumstance how much should be my pain and suffering???
