there is never a set amount that a case is worth. no formula or anything like that. you are only entitled to the amount of what the at fault party has on their insurance policy(that is if you can get their insurance to pay you what your claim is worth...good luck on that). if that is not enough to cover your bills you will have to go and make a claim under your own insurance if you have underinsurer. if you are still not satisfied you will then have to go and sue the other party if they have the assets to even make it worth while. Been there done that am going through the same thing right now.

Since Nevada is not a 'no fault' or PIP state, bodily injury claims can be submitted for the amount of the policy limits. Lowest your able to carry in Nevada is 25/50.
Unfortunately, that's not going to help you since the amount your able to claim is only 25k. You'll have to submit all of your medical bills, verification of lost wages, yet obviously not enough for pain/suffering. You'll have to seek that off your own policy with you Underinsured Motorist coverage (UIM).
There is no set formula for a Bodily Injury settlement in any state. It's based on the merit of injury.
Good luck to you!!

No one here can tell you how much your claim might be "worth". His insurance should pay for your medical bills, some of your lost wages and maybe something for pain and suffering. The insurance company is not going to hand you a big bag of cash and say "have a nice day". You are not going to get rich from this accident
