So I recently tore my acl during a soccer game during the club season. By the time I had my surgery it was 5 months until the high school season started. I’m the best returning player and it will be my senior season, so it’s really important to me. I was just wondering if any of you know of someone who has successfully completed physical therapy in less than 6 months? And is it more likely for my to tear my acl again in the same knee?
Any information about acl and knee rehab would be appreciated.

ME! i was in that exact situation. i tore my acl in a soccer game in the beginning of last summer then got surgery. I had an amazing surgeon and i swear thats why i recovered so fast but I was def 100% after 5 months. But during those five months I worked my butt off for hours a day. It is not easy and it is not fun but it is soo worth it in the end. I hope everything goes well and you recover fast! if you have an questions email me!
