If you have been to the orthopedic doc you should know what I mean by a pain journal. Instead of typing here you should be doing the journal. But I don't think I'd be searching for a doctor and let them know you are seeking hydrocodone,,, you won't have very good luck. That would be highly suspect that you were "doctor shopping". When you type things like " I need them !!!",, it sure sounds bad. That is what every drug abuser I have ever known has said. And I'm an ex-heroin addict so I've been around a lot of them. Here are a few other sites you should check out. Which by the way,,, hurt my shoulder more than anything,, so please make sure they don't give up on your neck. I also had a few MRI's and it wasn't until I had a nerve conductivity test did they go back and find the problem. I've had 2 fusion operations for it and I still take hydrocodone, oxycodone, and a few other medications. I've never had any problems getting pain medications or been made to pay a pain specialist for them. EDIT: Yeah maybe a methadone clinic would work for you,,, the only requirement there is that you test 'dirty' for opiates. They don't care why you want methadone.
