hi, so i have had really back back pain for the past 3 years, since i was in 5th grade and had CPRS and was on crutches for a year. my back was really messed up and when i went to physical therapy my therapist sometimes cracked my back and evened out my hips for me. at the gym there, i used a styrofoam roll that i rolled along my back and it felt great, so when i stopped P.T. i bought one for myself that i use every once in awhile as well as doing yoga poses to help my back out. i still have immense back pain and my hips are uneven…what can i do about this at home? should i see a chiropractor or masouse? thank you so much. (i also have really good posture since im a musician, so thats not the problem) thanks again!
