I had my acl surgery 5 weeks ago, I’m doing great in my rehab, but my cuadricep and harmstring are still very week, my physical therapist says that I’m probably not going to get my strength and size back until 5 or 6 month, is there a way for me to get them back faster so and balance the strength of both legs

Hard work. The PT told you correctly. Listen to them and do the exercises they tell you to do at home. You could even try upping the amount a reasonable sum to expedite your healing. Be careful not to over do it are you will be right back in the hospital repairing the same injury.

While strength is lost quite fast it takes a while to build it back up. Be patient and continue to work hard on your rehab. You should notice progress each week and month.
