		<description>Give the therapy some time.   Its going to hurt more at first until you get the muscles stretched and stronger.   If you don&#039;t get even slightly better in 3-4 weeks, go see a different doctor and get another opinion.</description>

If your spine is out of alignment your muscles are constantly trying to pull  your body back into it&#039;s perfect balance.  Can you get a massage therapist?  I&#039;ve found that P.T. often just wants to exercise the pain out of you.  Try the more gentle approach to see if you can get though the worst part.  There are Chiropractors too, but most M.D&#039;s hate them because they can actually fix people and medicine is all about money and referrals.</description>
