I have been having pretty significant joint and wrist pain. I saw my dr last week and she gave me a referal to Physical Therapy. I have an appointment on Tues. I asked if she could prescribe something for the pain and she gave me a referal to the Pain Clinic, meanwhile Im suffering in a lot of pain. Tylenol 3 helps most of my other joint pain but not my wrists. And nothing helps the wrist pain aside from bengay type of ointments and they only work for maybe half an hour. There has to be SOMETHING? Anyone?

My friend has carpal tunnel in both hands. She used to have pain all the time until she found this Pain Go rub stuff to put on it. She uses it every night, and the next day she is pain free. You can get a free sample of it here http://www.tip2toeessentials.com/Product…

I would go with Ibuprofen or Alleve. They act as anti-inflammatories which will help with the reason for the pain if it is arthriris or injury. And be sure to take it about 45 minutes or so before therapy. Hope it helps.

The only thing I can tell you is to use the other wrist.
Hope that helps.
