I’m looking at the curriculum for Physical Therapy since I applied to Physical Therapy schools and it says here Medical/Surgical 1,2 and 3. I really love dissecting in biology class and I really want to do it again.

No. Surgeons do surgery. Physical therapists do physical therapy.
The course you’re talking about teaches “how to do physical therapy for patients on a medical/surgical hospital unit.” This is in distinction to intensive care, rehabilitation and home care.

To become a surgeon you must go through a complete medical-school curriculum — a lot more work and information than is needed to become a physical therapist.
Consult your registrar and/or advisor about what the requirements for PT mean in detail.

No, physical therapists can’t do surgery. But they deal with people who have had surgery and are recuperating, communicate with surgeons, and sometimes they have to refer people to surgeons for evaluation.

No…
A Race Car driver isn’t necessarily an AUTO MECHANIC either.
If you’re doing Surgery, you’re not going to have the time or inclination to do PT.
