I’ve had this pain in my left wrist for I think about 2 years now…I really have no idea of what caused it in the first place, maybe when I was exercising or something…but anyways, I already had an x-ray taken and the doctors said that there was nothing wrong with it. Well, then he said ‘it might not be in the bones instead it might be in the muscles’…How do I find out what in the world is wrong because nowdays the pain is even more frequent than ever because I think the pain has spread even further, especially when I make movements.I personally don’t like physical therapy in general because of my previous experience with them being no help for me…So are there any other ways? Can energy work be done perhaps?

It could be that something is wrong with the muscles or tendons. Ask your doctor to have an MRI done. Tell him you want to get to the bottom of this. It may even be carpal tunnel.

If it were me I would have a neurologist check it out. Your description almost sounds like it could be something with the nerves.
