I was injured in a car accident and went to a chiropractor for help (for my neck). He manipulated my back at least 17 times 3X a week. My back was not injured in the car accident. Now I am in constant pain in my back and pelvis and on Vicodin. I’m not overweight and take good care of myself. I cry when I wake up in the morning. What did he do to me? I’ve never heard of chiropractor putting someone in so much pain. He used a drop table and I feel he was rough for someone my size. I’ve missed graduations, communions. This is upsetting my whole family, and I’m not old. I feel like I could end up in a wheelchair if this keeps up. I found he has already been disciplined so I know he has hurt other people. Anyone have any ideas? I will be trying physical therapy to repair the damage.

I’m really sorry to hear that
The same thing (on a smaller scale) happened when I broke a bone in my hand. The first doctor I went to put me in a cast and then after 2-3 weeks, it turned out that my bone had mended at a 30 degree angle! The next doctor I went to broke the bone again (without using any painkillers!), and put another cast on it. That still didn’t straighten it out. In the end, I had to have surgery to fix it, because of irresponsible incompetent doctors.
The first thing you need to do is find a proper doctor. Ask around, find someone good.
The second thing I think you should do is to contact an attorney and sue the first chiropractor. Even if you don’t want the money, it isn’t right for him to get away with it, and be able to do the same to someone else.
Good luck, and I hope you get better soon.

I think it may be time for a different chiropractor.

If he’s done this damage to other people then I’d file charges on him!
For now, go see another chiropractor! A second opinion is best.
I’ll be praying for you!
