i have had shoulder pain for more than 3 monthes after a swimming injury. i have pain in my shoulder before (even when not swimming) but i didnt take it seriously but after the injury it hurt enough to see a doc. i got x-rays done, been having physical therapy twice a week for 3 monthes and seen a sports medicine physician. i got a mri but my doc said its normal but i requested a copy and it stated:
-benign nodes in shoulder
- fluid in bursa
i have cracking, unbearable pain (with a high pain tolerance), and im on anti-inflammatories, and taping on shoulder but no less pain.
i am also worried because i have found a lump on my collarbone about 6 monthes ago, and forgot about it. now in the shower the other day i felt it and its gotten wayyy bigger.
could the nodes in my shoulder be cancerous? is the lump bad? its on the same side of my injured shoulder so could it be causing pain?
also, im only 13 so how do i tell my parents about the lump, they may not believe me. 10 points!

I just got diagnosed with having spinal canal stenosis, L5-S1 Facet arthropathy, a bulging disc, a pinched nerve and a retroverted uterous. What the H!!! I am only 24 yrs old, the doc’s said this could have happened because I was a gymnast growing up. Can being fit really damage my body like this? what are the treatments for all the pain I am having? The medicines perscribed are not helping and the physical therapy feels like it’s making it worse! I can’t hardly keep up with my two small children.

Low grade pain medication have not worked in the slightest bit, and I don’t want to be on pain killers or anything of the sort. My parents are opposed to chiropractors and physical therapy. What can i do to get some relief……. i want to try a session with a massage therapist specializing in chronic back pain (shes a family friend) or a chiropractor. What do you suggest???
Lately my lower back by the back of my pelvis, I experience sharp but mostly aching pain sometimes followed by numbness and throbbing. It’s very close to the nerves, and the vertebrates in my back are sensitive to the touch and if pressed on correctly, I will experience extremely sharp pain.

heres the deal : my two best freinds want to get a tattoo that represents all three of us , without names. something empowereing and beautiful….
Heres the story .
One of the three bestfreinds , Brittani, was in an extreamly fatal car accident. her boyfriend was killed on scene, he was doing 80 around a hard corner and hit an industrial van. brittani was rushed to the hopsital and barley made it, she had a shattered shoulder bone, 3 broken ribs , a punctured lung , and small brain damage in her frountal lobe…raechel and i were there from the moment she was in the ICU unit from the moment she went to physical rehab, shes rememberd our faces the whole time! 3 months later to present day she is walking talking and her memory is comming back at full pace. we love her so much , and birttani decided that all three of uss need to get matching tattoos
something inspireing, or somthing like 3 roses.
please get back to me !!!
thank you so much

well first of all i am a basketball player 5′9 and can grab rim but in the beginning of the season i had to do physical rehab for my knee they gave me some things that would make me run and jump higher i am in good shape but my overall flexibility is moderately bad. so my question is if you can give me some stretches that improve range of motion and flexibility that would be awesome and or pointers in jumping higher. and if you can back it up that would be great but if you cant thats all right by the way my knee is fine now.
