I Have Pop Then Pain In My Right Hip Flexor/groin Area When Starting To Accelerate, Plse Help With Diagnosis?

I am 6′2″ 215lbs and have what would be considered “Flat feet” ( I do not use Orthodics, never have). I have had MRI’s (arthrogram/Regular), x-rays, physical therapy, etc and nothing has worked and no one seems to know anything. Here are the details, if I rotate my hip out and in a circular motion I will get a click or crunch sound deep in my hip. When I am running, at the onset of hard acceleration my hip flexor or groin area will pop or snap, causing pain deep inside and basically stop me from accelerating. This will happen every time I accelerate hard. I would say the area of pain is located about 4-5 inches down and an inch and a half inwards from the front point of my hip that you can feel (4-5 inches to the right of bellybutton and an inch or so down) on my right right leg. It seems to happen less when I keep my abs flexed real hard and if I warm up and stretch for 20-30 minutes before this accelerating, but it still happens either way. I also experience deep pain in that area when performing the butterfly stretch. Its not the normal stretch type of pain.
I am wondering if I had some injurt that led to this? Someone mentioned an inguinal hernia before? How do you find out if you have one? I am I play a lot of sports and I can not play as hard or as aggressive bc of this injury. Any help would be appreciated.

A Pain Right Below My Shoulder On My Back, Elbow Area & Neck Too That Won’t Go Away. What Could It Be?

I am 31 and a while ago I was hit by a car and luckily only suffered a broken arm. I went for physical therapy after it healed to get range of motion back and I remembered being in a lot of pain. I can’t really explain it except it seemed to be in my elbow down my arm starting from from my shoulder from the back n even hurts my neck too. I told the DR he gave me pills and eventually it went away. It didn’t hurt for a really long time until just two weeks ago.
I had a pretty bad ear infection & eye infection that developed from an untreated sinus infection. I was home sick for a week and all of a sudden I wake up and have that same pain in my arm, shoulder and neck again. My mom said it sounds like bursitis. It goes away if I take Advil and not Tylenol. It feels much better after a hot shower too. Some days it hurts worse than other days. Some days I don’t even notice it at all! Other days the pain is so bad I don’t know what to do with myself that I have to walk back and forth and pace because the pain is so intense. I guess it gets aggravated by lifting too much or playing games and doing work on the computer. Now I kinda want to avoid going to the DR at least in hopes that it will subside again on it’s own. I have had the pain for two weeks now.
I just don’t know what could have made whatever this is flair up again. It didn’t bother me for so long, something to do with being sick? Or maybe the anti-biotics I was on? I was on three different ones. Also that day I woke up with it feeling stiff and sore, I cleaned out my closet lifted an AC and other things. Think maybe that contributed to it?

Back Pain. Any Recommendations For Dr. In My Area Portland Oregon?

I have been having very bad back pain since my daughter was born about 6 months ago. I don’t have a primary care dr. in my area, which is Portland OR. I hurt my back really bad a few days ago lifting her carseat. I don’t have the money to pay copays for Dr. to just give me some stretches and then send me on my way. I have been to physical therapy, so I know stretches to do. I need some kind of pain meds, so I can function right now and take care of my daughter. Does anyone know of any docs in my area that won’t mess around and just give me a few pain meds to get me by?

How Long Do Bone Bruises In The Knee Area Usually Last?

In October, I hyper-extended my knee in a soccer game. My ACL stretched out, and my bone ended up with what the doctors called a ‘bone bruise’. Now, six months later, I’m still experiencing pain where the bruise was. After playing for about fifty minutes, it starts to hurt again. I’ve rested it and strengthened it, although I haven’t received physical therapy. My question is, how long does it take for bone bruises to heal? is it normal for my pain to still be lingering?

I Was In A Motor Vehicle Accident. Since That Time, I Have Had Pain In The Area Where The Shoulder Harness…

connects with the lap belt (in the right side of my abdomen) which goes through to the back. I have had MRI’s, x-rays, and CT scans, as well as went through two rounds of physical therapy. Nothing shows up on tests. The physical therapist says this area may have become my “weak spot” where all stress now goes. When I lay on my left side at night, sit up straight for too long, or bend forward at the waist for too long, the pain in my right side gets worse (radiating through to the back). If I have the pain while sitting in a chair, putting my right foot up on the base of the chair eases the pain a little bit. I take muscle relaxers daily and wear pain patches when needed, but would really like to know if anyone else has experienced a similar pain after an accident, and if they ever found permanent relief from the pain.
