The pain starts in my midback, pretty much hurts on the left side only. the pain also sometimes radiates around my rib/ribs, left and occassionally right side, does not get worse when I breathe. Pain is constant almost as soon as I get up but gets worse after long standing (work) or walking .Also, upper left arm always feels like it’s burning sensation. If I stretch (towards the front arching my back) it feels like someone is tearing my back up. Neck is starting to feel stiff probably from clenching? This has been going on for a while. Physical therapy not much help. Been to Chiropractor a few times (not within the past 3 months) and it just seems like it’s getting worse. Anyone else?
