I’ve have had a herniated disc for a little over three months that is accompanied with severe right leg pain. I’ve been to physical therapy, had steroid injections, took medications, heat, ice, etc. Nothing has helped the pain and I can’t go to a chiropractor.
Over the weekend, I re-injured my back vacuuming. I couldn’t move at all for hours and have spent the rest of the weekend in bed / in severe pain. I going to make an appointment tomorrow but they don’t really help me. I need relief and no one seems to take me seriously because I’m only 18, and all of this is really making me feel depressed. I can barely move without pain, am no longer able to exercise comfortably, etc.
Do you have any advice as to what I can do next, if anything? I Need Relief, I can’t go on like this! Thank you.

I have had this for 6 months and have been going to the chiropractor for 2 months…he gave me some exercises to do and i have done them and yet i havent got any better….does anyone have any ideas as to what i can do….im only 19 and a full time college student im ready to an outgoing college person but i cant im stuck in my room because i cant do anything without being in pain….HELP!!
there is still a lot of pain..it is not broken, and the MRI showed NOTHING! i didn’t fall on it but i started to feel the pain more than 2 months ago wen i was doing a dance routine in gym class..i was fine and then after i finished teh dance i went to sit down to watch teh other dances..instantly i started to feeI some pain..my mom picked me up from school and wen i sat in the car i realized that there was a lot more pain. it hurt so bad i started crying. i was worried about how i was going to sit at school the next day. i’ve been sitting on a doughnut pillow literally ereverywere i sit since the same week i started feeling pain..and yet its still there..i cannot sit on it without feeling straining and sharp pains. i’ve been doing excersises given from my physical therapist but after 2 months, same pain. she said that she aligned my bones because they got shifted cuz i kept sitting on my side to avoid sitting directly on my bone! i even wear inserts in my shoe! plz help i’m desperate!
