Shoulder Arthroscopic Decompression Surgery?

I had arthroscopic surgery for impingement syndrome in April-2008. I did have physical therapy but I still have considerable pain in my shoulder. I did regain some movement, but I have almost the same pain symptoms as I did before the surgery. I did have a small tear, but not large enough for surgical repair. Has anyone ever had the same results?

Lumbar Pain Only While Sitting!!!!! …spinal Decompression With Drx9000?

My MRI shows mild L5-S1 left and L4-L5 midline disc protrusion. I’ve been in pain for more than 8 months now. I’ve seen several orthopedic and spine specialists but with no help. All of them recommended Physical Therapy, which I tried for 4-5 months at couple of different places. It helped in increasing my range of motion but didnt help with pain. Chiropractors also didnt help.
My exact pain description is: I can walk and run with NO PAIN. I feel the pain when I’m sitting up on a chair or couch. In 10 minutes of sitting I start to feel an ache at the base of my spine (L5-S1 disc level) with a pain level of 6/10 scale. If I avoid sitting I’m just fine. I also feel the pain when I’m standing at a point (no pain while walking).
My last resort is Spinal Decompression. Its expensive but I can afford it provided it gives good results.
I’m looking for response from the person who had a similar experience with lumbar pain which gets worse ONLY while sitting (walking and running gives NO PAIN) and has tried Spinal Decompression with DRX9000.
PLEASE REPLY ONLY IFF YOU HAVE TRIED SPINAL DECOMPRESSION TREATMENT. Thanks.

Has Anyone Else Had A Core Decompression For Avascular Necrosis That Failed?

I recently was diagnosed with bilateral AVN. My Dr. performed a core decompression on one side within 3 days of diagnosis. It has now been 3 months on crutches and physical therapy and the pain is getting worse. It hurts more than the pain pre-surgery. I’m afraid that the procedure failed and I need a total hip replacement. I’m in my mid 30’s and frustrated with the pain and inconvenience. Has anyone else experienced this as well?
