I dislocated a finger with a tiny fracture I went through physical therapy but over a year later(after initial injury) the joint will pop in and out. It’s not on my dominate hand so it doesn’t bother me other then the occasional pain.

Broke my little finger at the joint closet to the hand.It has been 6 weeks,still hurts but xrays show that it is healing fine.Just wondering what sorta physical therapy i should be considering? Thanks

I recently had surgery on my pinky and now my finger is so stiff i cant bend it or straighten it. Its stuck in the middle does any one know good physical therapy exercises?
