I have had surgery on right heel, now in physical therapy. My left knee needs surgery that will be 4-6 months heeling process. A Lot of pain. I am willing to travel for a pain specialist and I have the best doctor willing to give me a referral .Please, if someone knows of what I can do, let me know. i have been diagnosed with…….
shin splints
tendonitis of the achilies tendon and kneee
a motor problem where my brain doesnt know where my ankles are when i am not looking at them
the first two are from weak pelvic muscles
that also causes overcompensation from my back causing pain
i have to go to physical therapy
and take 4 advil a day
i have foot inserts for my sneakers
and wear a brace when a run
i am 13 and play on 2 competative softball teams 5-6 days a week all year in the winter i play not so competative b-ball
it hurts so much… i dont know how to help it what should i do
