I’ve been diagnosed with a pinched nerve a few years back. I have seen a doctor (who only prescribes pain killers and muscle relaxers), gone to see chiropractors, as well as physical therapy. Nothing seems to help my problem.
My right hip pops constantly. Every time I bend my knee more than a few inches. I have hip and back pain every morning and not so much in the afternoon and night. I’m only 23. What could be the problem and do you know of any remedies, etc?

Back Pain Hip Popping?

Two weeks ago, I had surgery on my left hand. For two weeks, and for five more weeks, I have hasd to go to daily physical therapy to get my hand working again. With the exercises I have to do, I have to use my good hand to put pressure on the bads hand while I do the exercises. Lately, my mucscles on my good side of my body have started to hurt. I think it is bedcause of all the work I am doing with them to do the exercises. Also, my elbow, shoulder, and wrist joints have begun popping.

The problem is..I can’t stop doing the exercises, or my bad hand will lock up. Any suggestions? I’d rather not hurt my good hand/arm/shoulder in the process of trying to fix the hand I had surgery on.
I have Hyper Mobility Syndrome, but more concerning to this question, chondromalacia patella. I do daily exercises for physical therapy, including AROM knee fix uni-standing (I stand straight and bend my leg toward my hip). Everytime I bend my, knee pops…is there anyway to fix.stop the popping, it’s really uncomfortable.
