I want to get into a physical therapy program but I need a Bachelors degree so I was wondering if anybody could help me by giving me a list of programs. What if I got a Bachelors in Nursing? That is what I will do if that works for me but a list of other degrees will help alot.

Ok 1st I am a US Marine who was severly wounded in Iraq. I am now being offered a program for Vocational Rehab where they will send me to College to get a degree in a field that will allow me to get back into a civilian work force. The stipilation is that it must be something that I can do with my physical limitations I got from being wounded.
I cant stand for long periods of time and can’t do anything where my back would be jared around,
I was told at my last voc rehab interview that I needed to pick out some fields of study that would meet my needs and disability needs and would put me in a good place in the job market for a career.
So I am looking for ideas on what type things to major in.
They will pay for my entire education, books, tuition even anything else I need for the course. Like if I took photography they would buy me camera’s lenses and anything else I needed so that is not a concern.
I’m soon to launch an online fitness and rehab website. Memberships that join for $20 a month will receive six sets of (unique) exercises to view online. They will also have access to watch my LIVE webinar classes three times a week and chat. Since I do rehabilitation I want to offer my program as a post rehab program for physical therapist.
I hope to be able to provide videos and/or LIVE interactive webinar classes for post rehab patients.
I’ve developed a unique Yoga/Pilates fitness program on mat and a gravity gliding system. I treat and train professional athletes as well as patients with muscular disorders such as MD and MS.
Question : Would you join a program like this.

I can’t afford to go to Physical Therapy. I broke my tibia and fibula in my calf and now have a rod and screws in my leg. I have a walker. The doc said the bone is stabilized by the rod and I can put weight on it as I can stand the pain. It is extremely painful and when I put weight on it, it feels like the bones pop or move, and like the rod is poking into my knee cap. It is very stiff as well. I had the surgery a week ago. I am also in very poor health and very overweight. I am 44. I am anxious to get mobile again as soon as possible. Right now I can hobble slowly to the bathroom with the walker and that’s about it.
Going into Grade 11 want to be a doctor (physiatrist-physical medicine and rehab). Just want to know what is best to get into med school?
I want to do my undergrad at University of Illinois becuase i have always wanted to go there, but I am afraid that after 4 years when i apply to a physical therapy program elsewhere, that i will not get in. How many people usually apply and how many people actually get in? I was thinking of maybe applying to governor’s state.

How To Become A Physical Therapist After Going To A 2 Year Program For Physical Therapy Assistance?

I start taking a Physical Therapy Assistance program Aug. 18th at my local community college and was wondering what all I would have to do to become an actual Physical Therapist AFTER doing the 2 year program? Will I just have to transfer to a 4 year college after taking the program, or is there much more to it than that?
How much does a two week rehab program on average cost?
My rehab program would be involved in.
-Suicide
-Sexual abuse
-Physical abuse
-Eating disorders.
I’m curious if anyone would know how much it would cost.And no…I’m not wanting any “Attention”. Just answers please.
P.S. I live in Newfoundland, Canada ( if that gives a better estimate)
