How do I take the prerequisites. All the colleges that have non-degree programs don’t offer the prerequisites. I live in NYC. If anyone can send me any info that would be great.

How Do I Become A Physical Therapist If My Undergraduate Degree Does Not Have The Required Prereqs?

I want to go to physical therapy school and I need to know if these two courses are required for ALL physical therapy schools. I checked some schools out online and they all have different requirements and I’m confused which course to take. So I need to know if PT schools put more emphasis on exercise science or exercise physiology.
My grandfather is currently in the hospital (the inpatient physical therapy rehab unit) and although he’s “with it” during the day, he gets restless in his sleep and tries to get up, pull his catheter out…
The first hospital he was in (for kidney stones) provided a sitter for him at night to make sure he didn’t get out if bed or pull his catheter out… Since he’s been transferred to the hospital he’s in now, they’ve provided a sitter for him once and my father and grand mother have had to take turns spending the night with him.
I was wondering if the hospital was legally required to provide a sitter for any patient or if there are special circumstances. The hospital is in Ohio.

my sister wants to be a physical therapist but is terrified that she will have to perform an autopsy or disect a human cadaver in the course of education to become one, like a regular doctor has to. obviously you have to know alot about the body but do you have to fiddle with a dead person? an answer from a physical therapist would obviously be best. just cite it as your sourse. thanks!

What classes are required? How long do you go to school for? What should i take in high school? What are good schools to go to? I just need advice on this career option
I have a Bachelors degree in Communications but college grads with general comm or business degrees are a dime a dozen. I see physical therpaists getting offered ridiculous signing bonuses like 15k as well as very good salaries of like 80k plus three day weekends and other perks. I enjoy working with people and helping people and may be thinking about goign back to school.
