My back has been really bad recently. I’ve had back problems for about two years and they have just gotten worse in the last week. On a scale from one to ten, it’s an eight, on average. I can’t sleep because it hurts so bad. I’ve been to physical therapy and they’ve taken x-rays of my back and nothing is broken or fractured. Is there a way to relieve the back pain?!!!

I have a really good friend who is really short with very large breasts. It causes her constant back pain and impedes her ability to function normally. I give her massages every day to help with the pain, but that’s not going to help with developing spinal problems and the pain always comes back really quickly. She can’t afford physical therapy or surgery. What are her options? What are some home solutions that I can refer her to or help with?
