First off, before anyone comments, my midwife is completely aware of what is going on…she doesn’t have any other ideas on how to help me. This pain is worse than ANY gallbladder attack that I have had.
I have tried Chiropractor, massage therapy, the maternity belt, acupuncture, (in my other pregnancies I DID try physical therapy). I also have tried little bit of moist heat. The only thing that has seemed to help a little was the acupuncture. Everything else hasn’t done squat and the massage therapy even made it to where I could barely walk when I was through.
I am carrying her low, VERY low, and she is very active. Tylenol doesn’t cut it and I don’t want to take narcotics for this constant pain.
Is there anything else that I can do that someone else may have done to help?

Hi! I have a friend who is in her 50s. She has had mild leg pain for the past few years. Now the pain has intensified and she cant put any weight on it!!
Her right leg totally wont support any weight. The pain is from her foot up to her hip. Very intense. She has been to doctors in Eastern Europe, where she lives, but no one can give her a diagnosis or treatment. (She did try physical therapy, but it didnt help at all.)
Any suggestions for a diagnosis? She has had NO injuries, no current life trauma, no digestive, skin or other issues. Her only symptom seems to be the intense pain in her leg. Could this be a symptom of some disease or just arthritis or rheumatoid arthritis? She says that the pain is the whole leg, though, not specifically the joint.
Thanks for the help!!

When I was 9 I had a stroke and now have very few residual problems. One of those problems is walking, I can walk but with a odd limp, I walk on my toes I dont walk heel toe. It is causing extreme pain in my foot and need this fixed. Ive tried physical therapy, and a physiatrist and also orthodics hasnt worked, does anyone have any other suggestions. Ive heard tearing the achiellis tendon and streching it out? is that an idea also? Please help with other ideas.
