I’ve been taking engineering classes through-out high school, and i am graduating in May. I am now interested in becoming a physical therapist. But should I have been taking medical courses in high school or can I just take those in college.

I am considering going to this school for their physical therapy program but want to make sure that I am choosing a strong program.
I was told that my major can be anything as long as I meet the requirements for physical therapy school. I plan to major in biotechnology.
But my question is….
If I’m going to be studying biotechnology, how is it possible for me to study the requirements for physical therapy school at the same time???
I don’t understand how that works 
I wonder should I just go for a bachelors degree in physical therapy
whats should my major be a major thats closely related to physical therapy?? anybody thats a physical therapist or wants to major in this????
What would be the best classes in high school to take? I’m considering this as my career. I’m going to be a senior next year.

I want to be well prepared for this career. Im thinking i should go to Physical Therapy offices and apply so i can have as much knowledge as possible by the time im done with college and actually begin my profession.
I know it has to a science bachleor but what is the best one for physical therapy.
So im really confused as to what i want to study. Right now im in my first year of college just doing general education, i first wanted to be a computer science major but now am having second thoughts since im not that into programming anymore. Im considering being a physical therapist. So my question is, what are the kinds of things a physical therapists does and the types of jobs i could get? How long would i be in school?
I purchased a massage for my husband and the therapist happens to be a male. My husband does not want a male, and says he prefers that a female do the massage. I think either he thinks of it as a sexual thing or he is homophobic. What other reason could it be?? He wants a strong, deep tissue massage, not a light gentle one….so you would think a man would do this very well. The therapist he would see has a very good reputation and works for a physical therapy rehab company. I’m irritated with my husband for thinking a woman should do the massage. What do you think??
