i was in a car accident went to the hospital they said it was all muscle pain and a week later i went to physical therapy and found out i had two fractures.. what can i do.. what is it called.. can i sue

I used to be a very serious ballet dancer. I danced 20+ hours a week until I began having serious hip problems. I went to physical therapy for a while but the pain has never really gone away.
Now, every winter, my hip starts aching constantly. Is there anything I can do, particularily at work, to help ease this. I want to apply heat but I’m not sure how. I don’t want to take pills. Is there any thing I can wear, sort of like big warm panties, that won’t make my butt look weird?
i have had this problem for 10, since i was 11. are there streches i can do that will stop this.
when i was younger i started going to physical therapy, but stopped becouse it conflicted with my school schedule. will insurance cover this.
really i would just like to know how i can prevent this pain so i can keep runing and exercising.
Hi ! My left patella got fractured in November , 2006. I hv had surgery and am now undergoing rehab. By when can I resume my normal life ( as in walking , going to office , driving ). Wd there be any long term physical problems ?
Back in may my shoulder just randomly started hurting…i woke up and it was sore…If i injuried it i wasn’t awake for it. i went to a doctor twice and they just keep giving me pain killers…that dont work and finally i have a physical therapy appt coming up that will hopefully help. BUT that is a week away and it makes me cry whenever i reach behind my back to hook/unhook my bra or even wipe after i use the bathroom. any suggestions?
Tuesday I went in for a cartilidge repair on my knee.When I woke up I found out the Doc also did a Lateral release along with the cartilidge repair.I wasn’t prepared for this much pain.Anyone else had this done?
Also I did start Torture (Physical) Therapy….yikes!
I think the money should go the to players association to help veteren players with physical and mental rehab after they retire from the game. Of course it should go to those who didnt make the multi-million dollars durring their tenure in the league. The NFL makes enough money to support the league, fines should not be part of their revenue. Maybe donate these funds to some other worthy human cause. Let know where the money goes and where you think it should go?

It stiffens up really bad when I sit and it is so hard just to get up. This is probably the worst pain I have ever had. It started about 6 months ago and it is just getting worse. I have taken Aleve, Advil, Tylenol…nothing touches it.
I am only 34 and my doctor told me to go the physical therapy…thats it no tests! I almost went to the hospital today it is so bad! any suggestions?
MY 16 mo. old son is not walking on his own yet so his Dr. is sending him to physical therapy. He is not delayed on anything but walking. He crawls, walks holding on to things and can climb on and off of furniture by himself. I’m just wanting to know what will happen when I take him to physical therapy. Will the therapist take the time to let him get used to her because he doesn’t like strangers. How long does each session usually last for each person or does it just depend on each case? Thanks for any advice anyone has to offer.
