I’ll keep this short as I can because I’m wondering what to do now.
I fell and pulled a muscle in my neck 9 years ago. I pulled it really bad and I couldn’t feel anything for 10mins or so when I fell. I simply fell on my butt walking down a hill.
I had pain for a long time, 2-3 months.
It comes back every once in a while.
About 4-5 years ago, I had x-rays done, MRI. Couldn’t find anything wrong so I got sent for Physical Therapy. Didn’t help.
Now, my pain is back. Oh it hurts SOOOO bad. I can barely function right now. (It can get worse so bad I can’t even move.) But anyways. My husband wants me to go back to the doctor.
Should I? I mean, what can they do? I had the xray and MRI, nothing found!
Also, my neck/spine bones seem to be pushing forward. When I had the xrays done 9 years ago, it had the curve in it. When I had the xrays 4 years ago, my neck was no longer having that curve. When I have a hump back as I get older?
Please any suggestions would be appreciated!

I have a fusion of the L4-5-S1. Rods and cages. They took bone from my hip for packing. I am a cabinetmaker and the job is physical. I am 37 years old. I listen to all these athletes using this stuff for rehab. I am to a point of trying anything.
my gf broke her back a few years ago but still suffers from pain. her lower back was broken and doctors still cant seem to help her pain. is there anything she can take or do to help… i have been giving her magnesium calcium and zing pills which help the bones and muscles around the area and she is on medications to help swelling but its all not helping enough. she also goes to physical therapy

I hurt my shoulder over three years ago while lifting. I was doing incline bench and on the way down I felt a sharp pain. It pretty much ended my lifting at the time and could no longer bare the pain while working out. Three years later I still feel the pain and now am wondering if I tore it and would my next step be a MRI or could physical therapy fix this?
I’ve had back pain for years and it seems to be getting worse day by day. My neck, shoulders, and spine hurts so much. I cant even function, i just want to lay down…sometimes it gets so bad i scream and cry. i’ve been to orthapedics, chiroprators, physical therapy, and have had xrays done.No doctor really knows what wrong with me..only thing they know is that i have a minor case of scoliosis. Meds such as advil and other over the counter meds dont seem to work at all…
I want to work in physical therapy maybe for the NFL. How many years and what classes would I need?
About 6 years ago I had rotator cuff surgery. My shoulder still hurts and I have proplems doing overhead work. Is this normal? I have seen 2 orthopedic surgeons, a pain management specialist, 2 chiropractors, and a physiologist. I also went through the necessary physical therapy as reccommended by the orthopedic surgeon who performed the surgery.
Im a senior in high school & decided what i want to do after i graduate. I want to be a physical therapist assistant. I want to know how many years of school it takes to become one & i read somewhere i would have to take the physical therapist assistant program; is there any near central california? i also read that there arent many around the states. Any additional info about becoming a physical therapist assistant would be helpful.
I am planning to take up BS Physical Therapy, and I would like to know if it would still be in demand when I will finish the said course in 4 to 5 years from now.
